1 概述
某醫(yī)院門、急診及病房樓由地下一層、地上十三層構(gòu)成,建筑物總高度為 49.45m,總建筑面積為 42868.3m2,其中地上建筑面積 39745.5m2,地下建筑面積 3122.8m2。整個建筑按樓層和東西部劃分功能區(qū)域,其中地上 1~5 層為門、急診各科室,手術(shù)室,ICU 病房及醫(yī)院辦公區(qū)域,6~13 層為普通及干部病房。
醫(yī)院建筑的使用特點與一般的大樓有很多不同之處,本項目的使用特點為時間性強、人員流動率高,因此應(yīng)根據(jù)人員流量,門、急診時間及診室分布等情況來調(diào)節(jié)相應(yīng)機電設(shè)備的啟停。
醫(yī)院大樓內(nèi)根據(jù)功能不同分為公共區(qū)、手術(shù)區(qū)、病房區(qū)、潔凈區(qū)等,不同區(qū)域的空氣流向應(yīng)分開,以防止交叉感染,因此應(yīng)對空調(diào)、通風系統(tǒng)分區(qū)域設(shè)計 ;樓宇自控系統(tǒng)也應(yīng)分區(qū)控制以滿足醫(yī)患對樓內(nèi)溫度、濕度、通風等環(huán)境條件的要求,降低患者因空氣不潔而被感染的幾率,縮短治療周期,提高治愈率。
此外,樓宇自控系統(tǒng)平臺還可實現(xiàn)與消防報警系統(tǒng)、智能照明系統(tǒng)、安防系統(tǒng)、停車場管理系統(tǒng)等的接口的連接和聯(lián)動。
2 設(shè)計思路
本項目的樓宇自控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計主要遵循舒適、節(jié)能、安全可靠、開放、高效的設(shè)計原則:
◆ 根據(jù)季節(jié)、人員和空氣流動情況的變化,對空調(diào)通風系統(tǒng)進行高精度的控制和調(diào)節(jié),從而提供舒適的溫度、濕度,滿足使用需求 ;
◆ 在滿足舒適性的前提下,通過合理組織設(shè)備運行,自動高效地控制設(shè)備能耗,能夠降低運行成本和設(shè)備管理成本,提高管理效率 ;
◆ 通過對機電設(shè)備的實時檢測、異常報警和及時處理,使大樓具備預(yù)防機電設(shè)備突發(fā)故障的有效方法,以確保設(shè)備和財產(chǎn)安全;
◆ 系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)是開放式的,支持 BACnet、LonWorks 和 RS485 等總線方式,便于今后接入其他系統(tǒng) ;
◆ 通過對設(shè)備運行狀況的監(jiān)測、診斷和記錄,及早發(fā)現(xiàn)和排除故障,及時發(fā)出維護和保養(yǎng)通知,保證設(shè)備始終以良好的狀態(tài)工作,可靠運行。
3 系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)
在本工程中,樓宇自控系統(tǒng)可實現(xiàn)對冷熱源系統(tǒng)、空調(diào)及送排風系統(tǒng)、變配電設(shè)備,以及照明、給排水、醫(yī)療氣體監(jiān)視和電梯等系統(tǒng)的自動監(jiān)測或控制,并同時收集、記錄、保存及管理有關(guān)系統(tǒng)的重要信息及數(shù)據(jù)。
(1)管理網(wǎng)(MLN)
系統(tǒng)的圖形工作站可以進入以太網(wǎng)進行數(shù)據(jù)管理,實現(xiàn)區(qū)域性數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)網(wǎng),提高管理水平。
(2)自控網(wǎng)(ALN)
每臺現(xiàn)場控制器 DDC 可以通過 Peer to Peer 網(wǎng)絡(luò)(同層總線共享無主從方式)連接多達100臺ALN控制器,速率可達到115.2kbps。
(3)樓層網(wǎng)(FLN)
每臺模塊化可編程控制器的 LAN 網(wǎng)可連接多達 216 個獨立式或非獨立式單元控制模塊(PXM、TX-IO 等),為系統(tǒng)擴展及組建大型集散系統(tǒng)提供方便。
4 系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控內(nèi)容
本項目樓宇自控系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控對象包括 :冷源系統(tǒng)、熱交換系統(tǒng)、空調(diào)機組、新風機組、送排風系統(tǒng)、給排水系統(tǒng)、醫(yī)療氣體監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)、風機盤管、照明系統(tǒng)。通過集成方式實現(xiàn)監(jiān)控的系統(tǒng)包括 :冷水機組、電梯系統(tǒng)、變配電系統(tǒng)、柴油發(fā)電系統(tǒng)、智能照明系統(tǒng)、安防系統(tǒng)(監(jiān)控、報警及出入口控制系統(tǒng))、停車場管理系統(tǒng)。
5 系統(tǒng)軟件功能
(1)控制軟件
網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制器及直接數(shù)字式控制器能實現(xiàn)的標準及完備的控制模式包括 :兩態(tài)控制、比例控制、比例加積分控制、比例加微積分控制、控制回路的自動調(diào)節(jié)。
(2)節(jié)能軟件
可在系統(tǒng)內(nèi)自動運作而不需要操作人員介入的軟件程序包括 :每日 / 每年的預(yù)定時間表、假期的安排表、臨時操控安排表、最佳啟 / 停控制、夜間設(shè)定點自動調(diào)節(jié)控制、焓值切換、用電量高峰期的限制、溫度設(shè)定點的重置、制冷機的組合及次序控制。
(3)報警管理
報警的管理包括監(jiān)察、緩沖、儲存及將報警顯示在操作站上。所有的報警均應(yīng)顯示相關(guān)報警監(jiān)控點的詳細資料,包括報警發(fā)生的時間及日期。報警應(yīng)根據(jù)嚴重性分級,以便更有效及快速地處理嚴重的報警。用戶可以自行設(shè)定不同的報警嚴重性級別。
(4)監(jiān)控點歷史紀錄及動態(tài)趨勢記錄
?、俦O(jiān)控點歷史記錄
樓宇自控系統(tǒng)內(nèi)所有監(jiān)控點的歷史都自動存放在相關(guān)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制器內(nèi)。模擬量輸入監(jiān)控點應(yīng)該每半小時取樣本一次,過去 24 小時的記錄應(yīng)隨時可以被用戶提出來分析研究。
②動態(tài)趨勢記錄
用戶可根據(jù)需要將動向趨勢軟件應(yīng)用在系統(tǒng)內(nèi)任何的監(jiān)控點,并可自行選擇抽取樣本的時間(一分鐘一次至兩小時一次可選)。每個網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制器最少可以儲存 5000 個樣本資料。
(5)累積記錄
每個網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制器均可進行下列累積記錄 :
◆ 運行累積記錄,如水泵的運行累積時間記錄 ;
◆ 模擬量及脈沖累積記錄,如用電量記錄 ;
◆ 發(fā)生事項的累積記錄,如水泵、風機啟 / 停累積次數(shù)記錄。
若累積值超過用戶所定下的限額,系統(tǒng)將自動把用戶指定的警告信息發(fā)放出來。
6 系統(tǒng)采取的節(jié)能措施及效果
本項目選用的樓宇自控系統(tǒng)具有良好的節(jié)能管理功能,系統(tǒng)正常運行后帶來了顯著的節(jié)能效益 :能源得到了充分合理的使用,不必要能源消耗得到削減,能源費以最經(jīng)濟的方式開支,實現(xiàn)了 15%~20% 的能源節(jié)約。
本項目主要通過以下三個方面實現(xiàn)節(jié)能 :
◆ 操作和管理成本的有效控制 ;
◆ 能源的獲取和使用的管理,即根據(jù)本地區(qū)電力部門所采用的峰值和非峰值不同計費方式的政策,在用電期內(nèi)對機電設(shè)備的耗電情況進行判斷,適時完成對超額用電設(shè)備的卸載,以避免在用電峰值階段承擔高額的電費 ;
◆ 其他一系列降低能源消耗的措施和方法。
(1)照明系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能控制
照明系統(tǒng)能耗很大,在本項目中照明系統(tǒng)的耗電量約占總用電量的 30%,僅次于冷凍站及空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的耗電量(40%)。樓宇自控系統(tǒng)通過事先在操作站的日歷上確定程序,并配以相應(yīng)的傳感器,區(qū)分“工作”與“非工作”、 “有人”與“無人”時間,用程序設(shè)定相應(yīng)回路的開 / 關(guān)燈時間。
本項目對所有公共區(qū)域的照明進行控制。經(jīng)過 3 個月的試運行,醫(yī)院管理方提供的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示,照明系統(tǒng)的用電量比未采用BAS時減少了30% 以上,取得了非??捎^的經(jīng)濟效益。
(2)空調(diào)與冷熱源系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能控制
空調(diào)與冷熱源的能耗在本項目能耗中占比最大,針對其采取的具體節(jié)能措施如下 :
◆ 縮短冷凍機等冷熱源設(shè)備的運行時間,減少、降低運行臺數(shù)與輸出功率,避免出現(xiàn)設(shè)備無功運行的情況,使冷熱源系統(tǒng)處于最佳節(jié)能運行狀態(tài) ;
◆ 在空氣處理過程中,避免冷熱量相互抵消 ;采用變新回風的方法,最大限度利用新風 ;
◆ 利用變風量與變水量等控制技術(shù),實現(xiàn)水泵與風機的最佳狀態(tài)點控制和最佳啟停時間控制,降低能耗 ;
◆ 對非連續(xù)工作的空調(diào)對象,通過工作與非工作時間的設(shè)定值和控制目標值的自動調(diào)整實現(xiàn)節(jié)能控制 ;
◆ 利用采用自適應(yīng)控制與模糊控制等原理的高級控制軟件實現(xiàn)室內(nèi)溫濕度設(shè)定值的自動調(diào)整,提高控制精度,以達到節(jié)能的目的。
(3)室內(nèi)溫度浮動(新風補償)控制
采用室外新風溫度補償調(diào)節(jié)策略,隨著室外空氣溫度的變化,適當提高夏季室內(nèi)空氣溫度和降低冬季的室內(nèi)空氣溫度,為室內(nèi)提供健康、舒適的動態(tài)熱環(huán)境,同時為空調(diào)制冷系統(tǒng)帶來顯著的節(jié)能效果。室外新風溫度補償調(diào)節(jié)方式的節(jié)能效果如表 1 所示。
